Hi, Please post armpit to armpit measurement and length from shoulder/collar seam to bottom of hem. What is the trim around the edge and on the pockets (cotton binding, satin binding, overcast stitching), and is this trim also around the sleeve opening? Is the jacket lined? Thanks
