Brand new with tags, this was from their sample sales. Size 8, my waist is 27/28 and fits perfect, any bigger, its a squeeze. It is a knee length skirt, since I am only 5’4” its like mid calf or so. Very nice thick heavy fabric, 100% cotton. Pleated front, 2 side pockets and the belt comes with it.
