What condition is this please? Waterproof or water resistant?

@bfehrenbacher I would say good since it’s 10 years old, but could say it’s in excellent condition. There are no tears, stains, holes, discolorations, or loose seams. It’s down fill. It’s water-repellent, not water proof. Very warm coat.
