The Incredibles Edna Mode Costume Disney/Pixar Dress Up Cosplay (Please read)

This is a Disney/Pixar brand costume. Edna from the Incredibles. I am not 100% sure if this is an adult or a child. It is an extra large. Has a small Velcro closure at the top back. Please see photos for size measurements. In very good condition. There is one small area in the back by the closure that had a safety pin attached (see photo) 21 inches across in the bust (armpit to armpit) Approximately 22 inches across in the waist 35 inches from shoulder to bottom hem.
