Terra & Sky Dove Gray Layered Cascades of Ruffles Wrap Dress. Loads of feminine layers of ruffles, side tie, criss cross bust and short sleeves. It has a hook and eye closure at the V-neck area but the eye part fell off. Hook is still there though, It is a stretchy knit, flowy, lovely drape fabric. Very flattering. Very versatile and could be worn to work, out to lunch, or adorn with a strand of pearls and wear to a semi formal event.
