I wore this absolutely stunning Terani Couture gown at a state Miss USA pageant. Worn once for a few hours at the pageant! It's a size four that was altered to fit my measurements : Chest:34 Waist:26 Hips:33 --I am 5 feet but was wearing six inch heels. A great deal on a gorgeous gown, the pictures don't do the sparkle justice!
