Ted Baker Sleeveless Dress with Belt

This blue beauty is knit stretchy fabric and drapes beautifully. The belt is elastic and cinches in u see the cowl. Only worn twice and in great condition. It’s a Ted Baker size 3, which is 8 US, according to their website. I think I was more like a 10 or 12 when I bought it, so it’s got some give. The belt comes with it, but you could pair about anything different with it if you don’t like the metal. The photo with the belt up close is the best representation of the exact shade of blue.
