maxwellkitty @decembanderson I do not believe there is a tie. The boots around calves are hugged as the back panel is a tight elastic that stretches to your calves.

maxwellkitty @decembanderson the back side of the boot is a stretch neoprene fabric that hugs your leg. This is my kids so there is no way I can model. Later this week I will ask her to model
