I'm selling this Buzz Lightyear for my granddaughter. She received him for her 4th birthday back in 2017. This toy is 100% working. All lights, wings, helmet, arm raising, and buttons for talking phrases all work great. I think I counted 15 different phrases. There is a little bit of wear and tear which you can see on the top of the jetpack on his back and his face shield. Please look closely at all the photos and ask any questions you may have before purchasing. He is in very good condition but not perfect. He stands approximately. 13" tall to the top of his helmet and approx. 14" tall to his fingertips with his hand raised.
