Off-white and black polka dot blouse by Talbots. This blouse has a round, slightly scooped neckline with a button and loop closure in the front center that creates a front keyhole. The body is lined but the sleeves are not, which makes them slightly sheer. It has flowy, bishop-like sleeves that have ruching around the shoulder that creates an accordion-like effect on the upper part of the sleeves. This loosens to a different ruching towards the wrists.
