Off-white blouse with beaded cutout shoulders by Sweet Rain. This blouse has a v-neckline front that ends with 3 buttons. The 3/4 sleeves are wide a flowy. The bottom of the shirt has an elastic band. The shirt is sheer. It is pre-owned but in great condition. It is missing the size, fabric, and care tags. My estimate is that it is a size LARGE, but please refer to measurements. Measurements: 23 1/2" long, shoulder seam by neckline to front bottom 22" wide, armpit seam to armpit seam
