ginnybean22 @sarahs567 Its hard to know what's going on in everyone's lives. But it'd be foolish to think that this virus hasn't effected pretty much everyone in some way or another. I had a couple of options, Pray or fall apart. I cant afford to loss it, prayer works for me & just seemed the right thing to do. When all else fells ask Jesus.

teesrn_plus @letgololo Google now has a way to purchase from a google search so we are getting lots of folks with no Poshmark account. All of mine have gone through but with no feedback but after 3 days $ is deposited.

Seller may cancel order at any time. Once an item is shipped payment is guaranteed. I'm angry that Posh is not living up to the agreement. What should I be doing to protect myself? letgololo @ronnieperalta Package was shipped to posh headquarters for verification of authenticity. Posh has my coat. My point is what if this was 499 and didn't go through the authenticity process? I would have lost the coat and the money? NO! Posh needs to pay me!!! So this is Posh's mistake, not mine. Posh is NOT living up to their buyer and sellers agreement!!

teesrn_plus @letgololo No you would not have lost if under $499 you would have been paid by Poshmark. Since, Poshmark has your coat, it will be returned to you. You have not lost anything but a few days of selling it. I had one over Christmas that was deemed a bad card after shipping but Poshmark paid me and package is marked lost.

letgololo @ronnieperalta That is my point. Posh was negligent on not doing payment verification sooner. Why is that in my situation the coat gt returned? It should be posh's. Posh ideally purchases everything we sell then sells it to the purchasers. So why in this case the coat gets returned. My point is it shipped!! If it was 499 and went directly to the purchaser, the scammer, Posh pays me the 499 because the coat shipped. My point is why am I stuck holding onto posh's mistake? Posh had good

bluerubie @letgololo Hi, I went through something similar. I shipped to the buyer. The Post office didn’t show tracking after it left my local POST OFFICE. This went on for over a week. The buyer complained about me. Poshmark sent me the message that I had a complaint that I needed to address. They hadn’t followed up to see it was missing.

bluerubie @letgololo I went to my sales page. I clicked on the sale, and then clicked on Problems with order. I requested that they check fir the tracking. It took a couple of days to get a reply from them, but they did what I asked. They saw it was missing in the POST OFFICE. It took about a week, but they paid me, and the buyer.
