Tahari by Arthur S. Levine fit and flare dress

Cream/ivory and black swing/flared dress NWT. Poly/jersey substantial fabric feel and is fully lined with a poly slip,full zip in the back, 20". The dress length is 37" from the top and comes to mid knee on a 5'4" frame. Sleeves come close to elbow crease~ nice length! Nice detailed seaming along the bodice for a flattering look.
