@poppy64 - turn off your feed if you haven't already -- you cannot possibly keep up with all the comments that everyone has given you, you need to focus on the party... You can later go back & try to share. You will get comments right up to the party... Just ignore if they come thru & remain focused on your task ( ππ hosting & that 2hrs go by quick ) have fun!! @poppy64 β€οΈππππI knew I could count on you to show up π I'll try to explain this the best I can--a new Posher kept pushing the Buy button on a few items before she ever asked me if I could bundle. After thinking about it I knew she would be paying shipping on each item so I went in and cancelled her orders until I could get home to do a bundle. Now the items are showing SOLD but now I have the Bundle listing up. I can't get her to answer me. This was her first buying experience and I went and messed it up π©π©π© I did contact customer support but they won't answer for 24 to 48 hours?

@gymjanice Ok, ...did you talk to her about bundling? And did she know that you were going to cancel her other orders? If not, I would definitely message her, explaining what you did and why. Posh sends a notice when an order has been cancelled to both the buyer and seller, with the reason (whatever. That reason you put when you cancelled) if she didn't know you were going to cancel, she may not understand and may not know what to do. Also, if her bank is like mine, she may have to wait until her charges are returned to her account before she can re-purchase her bundle, unless of course she has enough funds to cover it. Just definitely let her know that you cancelled in order to save her money on shipping, and that she will have to re-purchase before you can send her package. Maybe she will check her messages today or tomorrow, I have noticed that new users or people that only buy on here don't get on and check their messages very frequently sometimes, other than that, I don't know anything else that you can do until you either hear from her or from Posh, you might check with Holly (vacat) just in case she might know something else to do. if I'm looking at the right one in your closet, she's a Texas girl, she's probably super sweet and understanding lol...πππlet me know how everything goes, and if I find out anything different I will let you know too!

@bbarnes362 Brittani, I am SO sorry! I must have missed or overlooked when You wrote, and even more sorry that I did anything to make you feel like You have done anything to upset me. I just admire You and absolutely think the world of You and there is nothing You could do that would ever upset me. I have been going through a rough time with some personal things, and have pretty much only been getting on to share and try and somewhat keep up. I really want to make stronger friendships here, and I just am struggling so much, and kind of lost myself right now, that I just keep holding back. I tend to be somewhat introverted and overly sensitive when I am overwhelmed and I hate that about myself because my actions and my heart are kind of fighting against each other when that happens. I know this is probably more than You wanted to hear! Lol.... I usually don't talk about anything very personal here, but I truly am so sad that I did something to make You fell that way.
