meg23@tburg21 I have a listing in my closet for new poshers, it has a few tips for increasing followers. It's kinda slow going until you get suggested user status, then it flies by. There's still several things you can do to help tho. Follower games for one. Also when you see a listing with 100+ likes, there's probably several you're not already following.

meg23@briewineposh Ok gotta vent… what has happened to Poshmark?!? I’ve been shopping here as well and have noticed hardly any sellers reply when asked for additional information (fabric content, measurements, etc). I’ve also bought a few things, or tried to. But only one of the four or five items I purchased ever shipped. I had to cancel all the others after a week. None of the sellers ever reached out to explain a shipping delay.

At the risk of sounding like an old coot, has the customer service element totally disappeared from Posh sellers? I hate to say it but it almost reminds me more of a mass quick sell platform than the curated one it used to be. I hope it’s not going to become another e bay type thing.

I’d try to only buy from ones with the maroon or gold stars (ambassadors). How frustrating! As a seller, I agree customer service has to be paramount!
