the__modern Hi! I ordered a candle from you that didn’t work (the wick/stick burned before the wax could even after I removed wax). You said you would kindly send me another one. I have not received it and have waited patiently nor have you responded to my messages since that initial agreement. Can you help me out please. Just making another attempt. Thank you in advance!

shopbohoflow @the__modern Hi yes sorry like I said before we are making a new batch. We will be making it this week. My business partner is in charge of the candles and I do not know the recipes. And we have been able to get together due to midterms. But please do not worry I have not forgotten and we will get it to you as soon as possible.
