@dutchess238 yes he can a little goes a long way though so I would suggest like one drop for starters just because skin can be picky with different types of stuff but it will come with directions.

@dutchess238 though if he does have really dry skin I would definitely suggest are hyaluronic acid serumdue to the fact that it just goes in and it hydrates the skin to an amazing level.
