Stunning Ruffle Chiffon Dress by Lace and Mesh - Perfect for Prom!

Bought this gorgeous dress to go to a semi-formal wedding and unfortunately it was just a bit too long for me at 5'3". This would make a fantastic prom dress. It’s lightweight and moves well for a long night of dancing! Beautiful Navy blue color is flattering on any coloring. Comfortable but form-fitting chiffon bodice with flowy, ruffled layered maxi-length skirt. While you walk, the layered ruffles kind of flow in a nice way. Back is zip-up with a hook-and-eye closure at the top. This dress is brand-new and never worn except to try on once.
