HI. I am so sorry about the mixup with the Born shoes. I've contacted Poshmark maybe 3 times to tell them to reimburse you in full and allow you to keep the shoes. Their format is difficult to communicate thru and there is no phone number to clarify. I am NOT contesting the error and am truly sorry for the mix up on my end. I hope this gets resolved more quickly to make you whole.

I wish I could find them. I had all of her shoes together and I can't find other BORNs. I'm so sorry I didn't pay specific attention to this sale. All I saw was "BORN" s I wrongly assumed this was the pair. If I find them I will contact you, but again, I'm so sorry for the mixup. I can't access the "add message" button on Posh under help.
