Steve Madden Vulture Leather Heels 11M Laced Oxford

These beautiful shoes are pre-loved but in good condition with only small exterior scuffs. There is some peeling along the interior edge, however (please see interior detail pictures). Heel is appx 4.5" with ~1" rise on toe box. This shoe is labeled as a size 11 on the interior but runs small (I would guess closer to a 10). If theres any measurements I can take to help please don't hesitate!
