claireluvsvb @mi_doglover91 length is 22.2”. is yes, it is stretchy as it is a knit material! I am a true 8 and it sits right on top of my hips, so would fit a size 10 higher on waist. Waistband itself is about 1/2 inch (15.6”) and doesn’t have give, but the rest of the skirt does.
