New without box and tag, but does have a mark on the right toe. Please see last photos. Because of the weathered look of the shoe I don’t think the mark is that noticeable and it might come right off. I have not tried. These came in several colors and sold out fast! They’re so much fun! They have cushioned insoles that make them comfortable to wear. These were made with sort of a weathered-like look, which is most noticeable in the toe. It’s a very cool shoe. You’ll love them!
