Spell Designs Revolver Frill Shorts

EUC pair of vintage Spell shorts from 2016 size large. These shorts are high-waisted with pockets on the side with an elastic waist. They have a gorgeous print and have been worn about three times so they're like new. Elastic waist lying flat is 15.5" and side seam measures about 10" . 🚨NO TRADES PLEASE. SELLING ONLY🚨 These are super cute but are too big on me. Looks great with a tee or crop top.
