Like NEW -gently used Spectra Dual Compact pump- *not yet available in the States* purchased overseas brand new & only used for 3 weeks. Has different strength settings for EACH side-up to level 12 suction. Let down mode & regular suction mode. Includes all parts shown. NEW: hoses & suction cups, bottles, & a pair of flanges size 28mm (only used 24mm), & bottle nipples/ caps. Plug in includes adapter. Battery lasts ~4 sessions (20 min average time) before needing a recharge.Works GREAT!
