These are the best boots! They are Elsa’s boots from Frozen, but my daughter also wore them with regular outfits and would get compliments all the time. Great padding for comfort and cute kitten heel. So yes, they will make any costume shine, but they also don’t scream Frozen and can be worn with any fun outfit or dress.
