Are these waterproof and rated for snow?

@themelissarenee on the bottom of the shoe they do say they are waterproof.

@themelissarenee I’m not sure about the snow rating but the boot is lined with the white fur like stuff you can see at the top of the boot. The fabric on the upper half of the boot also seems to be coated so I think they would do great in the snow.
