This dress is from Paris. Made of very heavy material. 100% Acetate. Built in under skirt for volume. The top had boning. Comes with matching purple straps. The sizes are not US sizes. This dress to me has a pin up feel for me because of the volume, weight and bow. This came from a local boutique that closed.prom or homecoming
