Hi! So I'm not sure what the style is called - the person I bought it from originally called it 'Soraya', though this seems like an elevated version of that coat since it has the fox fur trim on the hood and textured outer fabric. I can't find details on the temperature rating, but I'd say at minimum it's -20C, though I have coats rated -25-30C and this is warmer than those (it's actually why I'm selling, it's a bit too warm for me!)
