Soft Surroundings Elbow Length Cut Out Embroidered Edging White Blouse‎ Size S

This beautiful feminine blouse has cut out detailing one the sleeves and the front hem. The edges of the cut outs are embroidered as well as the other edges of the blouse. It has a modest V neckline.
