danicaro08 @sarahskylar27 I got it as a gift from someone else- I haven’t used it much but know it’s valuable. The head strap piece and neck piece weren’t included when I got it- it’s linkable to an app and the person before me jusf used it while lying down or watching something. I’ve used headbands to make it stick to me without having to lay down (: nothing is wrong with the product in my experience with it!
