Silk handkerchief hem borderprint dress

No label- this was either dressmaker made (very well) or the label was removed. Hem is 39” at shortest & 51” at the longest points. Bust is 38,” waist 40,” hips 48.” This packs to nothing & is lightweight. Silk has great drape though; this isn’t at all flimsy.
