ranalli @kitty2528 hi sweet Kitty!!! Ohhhh steep throat?! NOOOO!!! I hope you rest up and get to feeling better my friend afar! I'm going to make some more of them this week. I use lavender buds, cedar wood, and the essential oil mixed in water sprayed on and dried for about 3 days. I just received ny flowers, and for you Kitty- I will just send you some!! Big hugs and get well!!! Rest up😊😊
