Sheer striped blouse

A sheer, black and white striped, long sleeved blouse. Keyhole and buttons at sleeves and back of the neck. There's a thin run in the fabric on the back lower half near the seam. It's not very noticeable and I'm including a picture. I'm always open to negotiating prices, so feel free to make an offer!
