Severe Sciatica Flareup!! TY For Shares & Follows, I Will Reciprocate ASAP

I've been having ongoing, severe sciatica and hip pain for the last several months. This is my 2nd flareup this year. My surgeon wants to operate on my back, but my Osteporosis is bad. I'm starting a program (2 shots every month, for an unknown length of time) to rebuild my bones so I can be strong enough for surgery within a year or less. Not looking forward to that but he said I will continue getting these severe flareups. they are absolutely BRUTAL! I can't sit at my desk longer than 5 minutes. I'm doing physical therapy and my best to get back here! Thank you for following me and also for the shares. I will share any back when I return.
