craven1 @6151richmond I didn’t use it long enough to see if it made a difference. I could never remember to take them! I would take it for a while and then forget and then I realized I was just wasting the product and my time. You have to be really on top of things and take it daily. My mom uses it daily and sees a a big difference in her energy level and says her skin feels tighter. She convinced me to buy it but it’s not for me right now. Sorry I don’t have any first-hand knowledge to share!
