Hi, the shipping shows as $1.99 but when I click buy now, it reverts to $7.97 shipping.

@eseveri I truly thought this was new. I found out it had been used by the previous owner. I would stay at $13 considering online they run about $30 and up. But I wanted to be sure to inform you.
