I traded my Victoria secret back pack for her blue Victoria secret leggings. It's been well over two weeks and nothing ! She got her items! I sent her proof and everything and the tracking says delivered and i haven't received anything! I tried to be understanding of her excuses but nothing !! She took advantage of me and I'm so upset! This is what makes me not want to trade anymore :/ she said she deleted her account because she doesn't have time anymore. Yeah right !

beverly321 Report her to her local PD. You have her address, it's mail fraud. The pic of the leggings is stolen I've seen it online before. A girl in Georgia scammed me, I took all my proof and called her non-emergency pd. They went to her house & got my stuff back.

zeemermaid wow. yeah. thats ridiculous. hmmm..its only hard because idk how much authorities can even do since you willingly sent her your stuff, even though you had an agreement. But there was no agreement signer or anything. :( Im currently kind of in the same boat with someone else and its so upsetting :(

zeemermaid yeah, but from what ive read online and talked to our family lawyer about says that theres no real way to prove that it was even her who wrote the email, no signatures were made, and i forgot what else he had said but that theres no real legal standing :( thats what makes swaps so damn difficult. Like thats one good thing about swapping with someone who is in your same city..you can actually go to their actual house and confront them.

msfitrichardson Thanks I will be blocking her now! That's what makes trades so hard I always do my research on people and read what they have sold or if they put up feedback comments or posts so I know the people commenting are telling me they are a good person to trust.
