rrheadrick @positive_vibes3 good morning! Yes, the boot is 100% leather upper, and they do pull on and off quite easily due to the pliable soft leather (not stiff at all). There is also an elastic inset on the inner portion of each foot that helps with that. Let me know if you have any other questions!
