Satin Black Platform Stiletto Heels

This is labelled as a size 6, but I find it too narrow and can only fit them if I wear pantyhose. Without them, I'm like Cinderella's stepsister trying to squeeze my heel into her glass slippers. I bought them pre-owned and the owner forgot to tell me they're not a true 6, I guess. Recommended for 5.5 or narrow 6?
