Saint Laurent Men's Size 52 (Italian) Can be Unisex Fits smaller - Medium/Slim Large Black Virgin wool & Lamb leather Jacket has been worn to church once and only tried on in the house a few times. It appears new as purchased and I just took the tags off recently. Has been sitting in closet unused since purchase. Size 52 but I'd recommend for someone in the 48-50 range although I am 6'2" 200 lbs and it fits me. Little snug. It is a beautiful jacket that I will be sad to let go.
