The blue part of the dress is sparkly, very pretty. The pin was on this postcard which indicates that it is a limited edition pin. Postcard has some wear, bend. It purports to be one of thirty-five. I have not been able to find another pin like this one, so I believe it's rare. The pin appears to be in like new, unworn condition. The postcard and pin were inside a box.
