Frances Valentine is the last business started by the legendary Kate Spade with her best friend, who still runs the company, preserving the same design style and philosophy that Kate held. The Petrie pant is named for legendary Mary Tyler Moore and her Laura Petrie character, who had a fondness for ankle pants. These are made from a stretch cotton.
