Vintage 60s Pea Green Vinyl Top Handle/Clutch with Gold Tone Clasp. This bag looks new, still had inspection slip inside. The color is so vintage. Pea grean rectangle box shape. With gold tone flip clasp and handle anchors. Handle can flip inside to wear as a clutch. Fabric lined with an interior sleeve compartment. Has a tiny hole from the price tag placed on it (see pic). It is 11 inches wide and 6 inches long. It is 1.5 inches wide.
