@hannahbnana3440 Aloha! these are great to use as a pop of color as or over your regular eyeliner. they may be a bit too dry on it's own to use as a cream shadow or base. however of you take a little of the product and mix with an neutral or clear primer, that might do the trick! really though, if you have thinner brushes you can pretty much wear it anywhere on your face. š„°š¤
