Cold shoulder. Elastic waist 16” when flat. From top of shoulder to bottom of hem 54”. Very soft and cozy to wear around house or out to dinner. It’s a large but it would work for XL too. Colors gray, blue, black, turquoise , yellow and orange. Pattern in the skirt is so pretty. Look at second picture. Worn a few times. No pets. No smoke.
