SOLD! Pencil dress with fitted waist & lace trim

Navy blue and white dress with a gathered top (not sheer at all) and cap sleeves. Fitted waistband with a removable flower sash belt and a subtle peplum with eyelash trim lace. Skirt has alternating tiers of chiffon and satin. Zip at side. Bought from an independent boutique in Korea, only worn once. This is NOT from Anthropologie, only listed it here for discoverability as the style is very feminine and uptown elegant like some of Anthro's styles.
