SOLD - Luella for Target Black w/ Pink Polka dots Dress

EUC - Only wore this once for my engagement photoshot. No stains, rips, holes or any damage. This was sold in Target as part of their designer series for Luella Bartley. The bottom of the dress has some tule sewn into (not under) the skirt to create a very cute flare/fullness to it. It also has a silicone edge around the inside on top to help the dress stay in place.
