Museum-quality, gemmy cobaltoan calcite. Very deep shades of pink and magenta with some complete crystals of amazing clarity. Contains some malachite and dolomite pieces. I've never seen individual crystals of this quality and clarity in this type of calcite before! Cobaltoan calcite is a pink variety of calcite that replaces Ca with Co2+. It appears in veins copper-cobalt deposits in the Congo, which produces some of the most vibrant and bright specimens on the market.
