@berryandi2 I think it would work! The smocking and tie waist make it suitable for lots of sizes. The waist where the piece of smocking/tie are is 19” across when lying flat and untied, if that helps.

@tmbboutique it’s in good used condition, no holes or stains! I’ve hand washed in cold water and hung to dry, but I’m not the first owner of the dress so I’m not sure how the previous owner washed it.
