helllomarielisa @dconfalo Hi! yea, I haven’t tried to clean the item since i received it from the previous owner such as wiping it down, condition it with leather, or airing it out - it has been in it’s dust bag in the box i received it in. Unfortunately I would rather not do a return and I am actually in California :-(

helllomarielisa @efritz25 a little hard to explain - to me it smells like it’s been kept in storage for a period of time, sometimes i think it has like... a smokey scent. i tried to look this up online and on purse forums there were several people saying this scent is common with vintage LV Monogram??? i haven’t tried to do anything to remove the smell (i.e dryer sheets, febreeze, etc), but i do have it hanging in my room since i received it to “air out”
